We loved the top-notch service and friendly staff. The breakfast spread was impressive and the on-site restaurants were excellent. The hotel had great amenities like a children's playroom, tennis courts, and swimming pools.

Although the breakfast was not as impressive as we had hoped, with limited options and an additional charge for eggs, we were still able to enjoy a basic breakfast without any major issues. There were also a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from the radiator in our room and the presence of small children in the dining area.

For this kind of hotel poor breakfast.all restaur.staff seemed too tired.my 9 years old daughter found a piece of broken glass in swimming pool/luckily no injury-reported to swim, pool supervisor, but no action by hotel for apology!

Glorious view of the mountains: As I soaked in the jacuzzi, the breathtaking view of Wispile mountain and the Diablerets range made me feel like I was in a scene from a nature documentary. It was like being in a hot tub with Mother Nature herself.

Breakfast expense: The only downside was that if you wanted eggs for breakfast, you had to pay an extra 32. per person.

During our stay at Gstaad Palace, we had the most exquisite dining experience. The table service was top-notch, and we were treated to a variety of mouthwatering dishes, including sliced salmon, porcini risotto, and perfectly cooked steaks. The highlight of the evening was the crepe Suzette, flambeed right at our table. The attention to detail and the skillful preparation made for a truly memorable meal.

We loved the impeccable cleanliness and the wide range of hotel facilities, from the tennis courts to the indoor and outdoor pools with diving boards. The hotel offered convenient parking and transportation to nearby ski lifts. Its location was perfect - close to many restaurants and shops in the town. The breakfast selection was delightful, with fresh orange juice and cold meats sourced from the greater area. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.
